[ April 3rd 2004 ]

UPN has published plot information on an upcoming double-bill from Prime Time's first ever CGI-animated series, Game Over, scheduled to broadcast Friday 9th April 2004. Leading the animated charge at 8:00PM is "Monkey Dearest" - When her estranged, ex-con mother Nadine (voiced by guest star Jan Hooks) drops in for an unexpected visit, Raquel wants nothing to do with her and asks her to leave, but Rip only wants them to reconcile and be a family again.

Bringing up the rear at 8:30PM is "All Work & All Play" - When the Smashenburn's disapproving neighbour Dark Princess goads Raquel into making costumes for Billy's school play, she is determined to do a good job and prove to all of the sceptical moms that she can still be a secret agent and be involved in her children's lives. Jeffrey Tambor ("Arrested Development") guest stars.

The groundbreaking comedy, set within the animated world of a video-game, follows the home life of the Smashenburn family: Rip (voiced by Patrick Warburton), Raquel (Lucy Liu), Alice (Rachel Dratch) and Billy (E.G. Daily). Lara Croft, the Tomb Raider herself, will make an anticipated guest appearance alongside Raquel to have a heroine heart-to-heart over an espresso.
