Following tRotherham supermodel Lucy Clarkson. pictured, was called on to model one of the world's most expensive bikinis - a one-off diamond and gold creation created for cosmetics firm Veet. The former Wath schoolgirl and Lara Croft body double showcased the bikini for the firm at an exclusive party at the famous Pangaea restaurant in London.

The bikini - with its diamond and gold lightning bolt jewellery that dangles from the centre of the top - is the masterpiece behind a limited edition range, designed exclusively for Veet by luxury lingerie label Beau Bra. The hand made bikini is worth over £4,000 - but Lucy - whose parents still live in Wath - missed out on a chance to own it. It was raffled off at the end of the party and model Sophie Anderton was the lucky girl who won it.

Lucy hit the headlines when she modelled hero Lara Croft in the hit computer game Tomb Raider - but missed out on a chance to appear in the follow-up movie. The lead role went to Hollywood star Angelina Jolie.
