According
to a report in the Sunday Telegraph, financial
pundits are urging investors to tally up shares
in computer games publisher Eidos Interactive,
the London-based company responsible for publishing
the Tomb Raider adventure series. Advisers argue
the group has developed a series of key titles,
including Soul Reaver, Hitman 2 and the best selling
Championship Manager football series that will
further reduce its reliance on the Tomb Raider
brand.
Championship
Manager: Season 03/04 - to release this month
- is touted as the greatest simulation of football
management ever. The game showcases a whole host
of new features and improvements including four
new leagues, a pre-game database editor, the ability
to view previously saved matches and updated player,
team and competition data for the 03/04 season.
Eidos
closed 156.00p after trade concluded Monday 3rd
November, sporting no change from it's opening
price. Although medium term price trend for Eidos
Plc is still bullish, the stock has over-performed
the Financial Times Share Index Top 100 Index
(FTSE 100 INDEX) by 15 % according to trade figures.
