In conjunction with the summer motion picture release of Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, a Tomb Raider stunt spectacular with Hollywood-style action premieres at Paramount's Great America on Saturday, June 7. Complete with battles, stunts, explosions, and special effects, Tomb Raider Stunt Show features a Hollywood stunt cast - led by the "treasure hunter" heroine, Lara Croft. The show is staged by top motion picture stunt experts, and is set among the ruins of a long-extinct civilization, where Lara Croft must pit her martial arts and weapons expertise against a ruthless gang of evildoers.

The stage explodes with excitement as Lara struggles to prevent an ancient source of unimaginable power from being unleashed. Intrepid, smart and sexy, Croft faces her greatest challenges yet in this live action stunt show that entertains kids of all ages.* "Park guests will experience the thrill of the Hollywood stunt business firsthand in this action- packed live performance," explained Stan Morrell, director of global entertainment for Paramount Parks. This special, limited engagement of the Tomb Raider Stunt Show runs once daily at park closing, 6 p.m. (Mon.-Thurs.) and 8 p.m. (Fri.-Sun.), from June 7 through June 21. The stunt show will take place in the Redwood Amphitheater at Paramount's Great America and admission to Tomb Raider stunt show is free with park admission.
