VIDEO STORE SCORES SEQUEL CAMEO ROLE

According to Total Games, high street retail chain Virtual Games have scored one of the most appropriate publicity stunts to date. The Indie store will be sporting a cameo role in Paramount Picture's sequel to the Tomb Raider movie, starring Oscar winner Angelina Jolie and Red Dwarf star Chris Barrie. A recreation of a Virtual Games store will be seen in a Hong Kong shopping mall, and extras will be carrying Virtual Games bags.

Lara Croft & The Cradle of Life: Tomb Raider 2 follows the adventures of British aristocrat Lara Croft sent on a perilous mission to rescue the world from the exploits of an evil Chinese crime syndicate led by oriental crime lord Chen Lo. The movie opens with an explosive underwater action scene involving the struggle for a sacred ancient spear guarded by Chen Lo's evil henchmen followed by a mission to overthrow new villain Reiss from deploying an army of biological drones to wreak havoc on the world. Movie opens July 25, 2003.
