Not satisfied
with toppling Nintendo's Super Mario from numero
uno in the all-formats video-game chart compiled
by ChartTrack, publishers Eidos Interactive have
engaged the second phase of an aggressive advertising
campaign by releasing the Hitman 2: Silent Assassin
soundtrack featuring a 110 piece Budapest Symphony
Orchestra.
Scored
by Jesper Kyd of MDK2 and MDK2 Armageddon fame,
the album contains 65 minutes of music from the
best-selling sequel to the BAFTA award nominated
Hitman: Codename 47. Hitman 2: Silent Assassin
made its commercial debut last week soaring to
number 2 in the all-formats chart before stealing
the crown from Nintendo to gain the top slot.
Created by Io Interactive and published by Eidos
Interactive, the game is available on PC, PS2
and XBox.
