NO ONLINE MULTIPLAY

Eidos
Interactive has stated that the Sony Playstation
2 version of TimeSplitters 2 will not feature
an online playing facility. Had Eidos of waited
for Sony Entertainment to prep the server hosting
solutions required to cater for online multi-play,
the September release would have been delayed.
TimeSplitters
2 is the sequel to the hugely successful and critically
acclaimed TimeSplitters, which was released to
coincide with the US and European launches of
PlayStation 2. The game is being developed by
Free Radical Design of Nottingham, England, and
is set for release in September. TimeSplitters
2 will ship for Microsoft Corps XBOX games console,
Nintendo GameCube and Sony Playstation 2.
