ANIMATION SOFTWARE

LIPSinc,
a leading provider of voice-to-animation speech
technology for talking digital characters, announced
today the launch of LIPSinc Impersonator. LIPSinc
Impersonator, a software tool created specifically
for game developers, automatically creates animation
data files for talking characters by using an
audio file as the only input. These data files
are interpreted by the game engine at runtime
and played in synch with the audio. The system
enables more convincing game characters with realistic
facial animation.
The LIPSinc
Impersonator product also has a character-rigging
component as a plug-in for leading animation software
packages. This provides an accurate way to construct
bones- or morph-based characters for use in the
game. LIPSinc's animation software products are
widely used by leading computer game developers
and publishers around the world including Electronic
Arts, Infogrames, 2015, Legend Entertainment,
Ubisoft, EpicGames, Ion Storm, and Eidos Interactive.
LIPSinc
Impersonator allows developers to create realistic
characters with life-like facial movements including
corresponding lip, mouth, and jaw motions automatically
by only using a voice file of any language as
input. The software dramatically reduces the time
it takes to manually lip-sync voice with animated
characters. It will allow game developers to more
easily localize their game titles for multiple
markets without the need to incur significant
additional development expenses. "We are proud

with Intel, AT&T, Fonix, Matrox Graphics, as well
