3DO PARTNERS WITH
RACING GAME EXPERTS

The 3DO
Company today announced it has signed an agreement
with expert racing game developer, Eutechnyx,
to produce an immersive street racing title for
next generation gaming consoles. The titles are
expected to be available in Summer 2003.
Eutechnyx
is the world's leading driving game development
specialist, having produced racing titles for
such multinational publishers as Eidos Interactive,
Electronic Arts and Infogrames and having worked
with such popular brands as Formula One, James
Bond 007 and Le Mans 24 Hours. The company has
also won several prestigious awards including
the Sunday Times Tech Track 100, Deloitte and
Touche Fast 50 Award and PC Format Gold Award.

Cretcher, vice-president, product development
said, "Eutechnyx really has racing games down
- it's all they do. It's what really attracted
us to working with them. Their highly specialized
expertise allows us to concentrate on what's really
important - making a great game." Brian Jobling,
managing director of Eutechnyx said, "We are really

project. With Street Racing (working title), what
we'll give gamers will go beyond driving superfast
cars - we'll be giving them the opportunity to
experience the whole street racing culture."

Company, headquartered in Redwood City, Calif.,
develops, publishes and distributes interactive
entertainment software for personal computers,
the Internet and advanced entertainment systems
such as the PlayStation2 computer entertainment
system, the Nintendo GameCube and the Game Boy
Advance system. Eutechnyx is an award-winning
driving game developer based in the North East
of England. The company was established in 1987
and since then has produced over 300 titles.
