Sopranos
star James Gandolfini will add some Mobbed-up
voice work to DreamWorks' undersea Mafia computer-toon
Sharkslayer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Gandolfini joins Will Smith, Angelina Jolie, and
Renee Zellweger on the list of actors lending
their voices to the computer-generated cartoon,
which is being directed by Eric Bergeron (The
Road To El Dorado) and Vicky Jenson (Shrek), the
report said.
The film,
which isn't due until 2004, follows the adventures
of a young fish named Oscar, who is discovered
at the murder scene of a powerful bunderwater
mobster, and becomes mistaken for a tough guy.
The Hollywood Reporter said Gandolfini is currently
shooting a new season of the award-winning cable
series The Sopranos.
