Eidos Interactives’ upcoming first-person shooter TimeSplitters 2 will also make its commercial debut on Microsoft Corps' XBOX games console to challenge PS2 and PC versions, according to the latest issue of XBOX Nation magazine. The action adventure videogame could also be ported to Nintendo's Game Cube according to a report from gamers.com

TimeSplitters 2 follows the exploits of a disparate bunch of heroes and villains who battle against their own challenges. Although each is unaware of the others, they all share an ageless common spirit of adventure - but unknown to them, their daring actions have attracted the attention of the TimeSplitters - an evil race dwelling outside of time and space.

TimeSplitters II is expected make its commercial debut on all three platforms fourth quarter 2002.
