Dynamics have announced theatre actress Yuko Kaida
(Yuhko Kaida) as the official voice of Lara Croft
in Japan. She will portray the role of British
Aristocrat Lara Croft in Tomb Raider, which is
due for release March 5, 2013.
"I'm
very honoured to be part of such a big project.
This is a story of Lara Croft's birth through
her evolution into a strong heroine," Yuko
told Crystal Dynamics. "Despite Lara's pain,
suffering, and doubts, she does her best to move
forward. I will give it my all in taking on the
role of Lara so that I don't fall short to Camilla's
outstanding performance."
