Eidos has revealed to GamesIndustry.biz that it is currently considering whether or not to take legal action over Lava Kroft, a new game from Singaporean publisher Ozura Mobile.

"The game first came to our attention yesterday evening," a spokesperson said. "We have contacted our legal department and brand team who are currently investigating the matter."

Lava Kroft is an epic action adventure based on Lava Kroft, a new age woman who has an exceptional thirst for discovering some of the most intriguing and mystical treasures in the world. Sound familiar?

"Fans of action games are prone to get addicted to Lava Kroft! We are convinced that this challenging gameplay will captivate the mobile gamers as the game consists of [an] appealing storyline and distinctive gaming atmosphere," commented H.E.Mah, Ozura's Vice President of Marketing.
