PRESS RELEASE

EIDOS TO PARTNER FOR DINER DASH

Eidos Interactive, one of the world's leading publishers and developers of entertainment software, and PlayFirst, Inc., one of the leading publishers of casual games today announced a partnership to bring the PC downloadable brand, Diner Dash, to leading handheld game platforms, including Sony PSP, Nintendo DS and GameBoy Advance.

Already a top-selling title in the casual games space on PC and mobile phones, Diner Dash and its female protagonist, Flo, exemplify the growing demand for casual games across an increasing number of gaming platforms.

"Diner Dash supports our continuing focus on building character-rich games for gamers across all platforms," said Ian Livingstone, Product Acquisition Director, Eidos Interactive. "PlayFirst has demonstrated its ability to build a popular franchise out of highly innovative intellectual property, and it's exciting to introduce Diner Dash to a broader audience."

"Eidos is an undisputed leader in publishing and distribution for handheld game platforms and is the perfect partner for extending the reach of Diner Dash," said Rich Roberts, vice president of sales and business development, PlayFirst. "They are committed to bringing fresh, innovative content to both core and casual gamers around the world."

Diner Dash will be available on the Sony PSP, Nintendo DS and GameBoy Advance in 2007.
