TOMB RAIDER LEGACY OF ATLANTIS VIDEO EXPLORES THE CREATURES OF GREECE

Amazon Game Studios has released a new episode in its mini-documentary series about Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis. The ninth episode examines how developers Flying Wild Hog and Crystal Dynamics reimagined the creatures of Greece and explores how Lara Croft interacts with them. The video is available to watch on the studio's official YouTube channel.
Developed using Unreal Engine 5, Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis is based on the original Tomb Raider and Tomb Raider Anniversary, expanding their narratives with additional story elements that establish connections between Lara Croft's first expedition and later chapters of her life. Lara's search for the scattered fragments of the Scion, an ancient artefact, takes her across Peru, Greece and Egypt before culminating on a lost island in a final showdown.
Flying Wild Hog is developing the title in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics, with its release scheduled for 12 February 2027. Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Three editions will be available including Standard, Deluxe and Collector's. Both the Deluxe and Collector's Editions will include 48 hours of early access ahead of the general release.
