FLYING WILD HOG HIGHLIGHTS LARA AND THE T-REX IN GAMESCOM 2026 PHOTOS

Flying Wild Hog has shared new photos of members of its development team at Gamescom 2026 to promote Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis. In a post on X, the studio thanked players for their response and support. It noted that more members of the team were attending the event but were not included in the photos. The studio instead highlighted Lara and the T-Rex in the images and said that further updates were planned for later in the day.
"Your reactions have been absolutely overwhelming, and we couldn't be happier. Seriously. Thank you! There are more HOGs here at Gamescom, but getting everyone in one photo is basically a side quest of its own. So for now, our main characters are Lara and the T-Rex. And honestly? They know how to steal the spotlight. Thank you for all the love, excitement, and support. It means a lot to the whole team. And there's more to come today," the studio shared on X.
Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis reworks the 1996 Tomb Raider as a single-player, narrative-driven action-adventure game. Lara Croft travels through Peru, Greece, Egypt and other locations while searching for information about Atlantis. The story includes material based on the original game alongside additional narrative connections to later periods in Lara's life.
The game is scheduled for release on 12 February 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC.
