TOMB RAIDER LEGACY OF ATLANTIS DOCUMENTARY COVERS COMBAT AND PROGRESSION

Amazon Game Studios has released the sixth episode of its behind-the-scenes mini-documentary series covering Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis. The episode focuses on combat and progression, examining the methods Lara Croft will use to overcome obstacles and how the character progresses through the story via customisation. The episode is available on Amazon Game Studios' official YouTube channel.
Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis draws inspiration from the original 1996 Tomb Raider, developed by Core Design, and Tomb Raider Anniversary, developed by Crystal Dynamics. The game follows British adventurer Lara Croft as she travels through Peru, Greece, Egypt and a Mediterranean island in search of scattered fragments of the Scion, an ancient artefact associated with Atlantean lore.
The game is being developed by Flying Wild Hog in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics. It is scheduled to launch on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC on 12 February 2027. The game will be released in Standard, Deluxe and Collector's Editions. The Deluxe and Collector's Editions will include 48 hours of early access.
