CRYSTAL DYNAMICS TRANSFERS TOMB RAIDER DISCORD TO COMMUNITY CONTROL

Crystal Dynamics, the developer of Tomb Raider, has transferred ownership of the Tomb Raider Discord server to its community, thereby removing its official designation. The server will continue to operate under the management of the existing administrative team and will remain active in its purpose, providing a space for fans to share their enthusiasm for Lara Croft and Tomb Raider.

The current administrative team will maintain its role in disseminating news related to the Tomb Raider franchise via the tombraider-announcements channel. In addition, with the platform now fully community-managed, there will be an increased emphasis on highlighting community activity, including fan art, notable community or charity streams, and significant releases of fan-created custom levels.

The Discord server joins established platforms such as Tomb Raider Forums, a longstanding community that has provided a similar outlet for discussion and fan engagement for over two decades. Although it no longer carries its official designation, the Tomb Raider Discord server will continue to serve as a hub for news, fan activity, and community interaction, ensuring continuity while expanding the space available for fans to connect and share their passion for the franchise.
