Crystal Dynamics, the U.S. based studio behind the Legacy of Kain and Tomb Raider series, are hiring - a few weeks following a 25% cull of their work force. Spotted by Indian video-game magazine Skoar, the studio seeks a senior art director for a AAA title.

"Crystal Dynamics has a rare opening for a Senior Art Director on one of the most prestigious AAA franchises in the industry. We are looking for an exceptional talent to bring onto the team and continue the long tradition of visually stunning and award winning titles from Crystal Dynamics.

"The Senior Art Director is one of the most integral roles within the team. The individual is responsible for inspiring, leading, and driving the visualization process, from collaborative conceptualization through final product and setting the vision and quality bar for the product at a level that is amongst the top tier within the industry."

Just what that AAA title might be has opened up another round of rampant speculation, with Tomb Raider 9 being the most likely contender. Stay tuned.
