PEYTON LIST TO PORTRAY LARA CROFT?
Copyright 2009 www.tombraiderchronicles.com

[ August 5th 2009 ]

Another day, another round of rumours surrounding possible candidates for playing Lara Croft in a third Tomb Raider motion picture. This time the rumour comes courtesy of Tiwanaku from Tomb Raider Forums who cites a mole as claiming actress Peyton List has been selected to play Lara Croft in an upcoming Eidos Interactive project helmed by Alfonso Cuarón.

Peyton List is a fantastic looking actress and would certainly hold her own against previous crown-holder Angelina Jolie in any future Tomb Raider reprisal. At present however, this piece of news is marked as a 'dubious rumour' with no credible source referenced.

A third Tomb Raider motion picture has been widely reported in the press and was most recently discussed by film producer Dan Lin. "We're rebooting Lara Croft as well.", says Dan Lin when quizzed on future movie sequels. "Really excited - it's a great origin story that we're going to tell. A very character-oriented I would say more realistic than the past Lara Croft movies."
