Hawes will once again reprise her role as
gun-toting archaeologist Lara
Croft in Tomb
Raider Underworld, and here is a picture of
the leading lady at work while recording Tomb
Raider Legend. The 31-year-old star of British
TV will pick up from where the story left off
in Tomb Raider Legend.
Tomb
Raider Underworld pits Lara Croft in Southern
Mexico where she must unravel the mystery surrounding
the five missing days of the Mayan calendar, an
apocalyptic time when the portals between the
mortal realm and the Underworld dissolve, allowing
ill-intending deities to causing disaster and
mayhem.
The game
courts a slew of new features including a brand
new Next-Gen engine which uses a hybrid lighting
model combining dynamic lights with carefully
created light maps to make Lara's world look stunning,
alive and immersive.
