TOMB RAIDER UNDERWORLD LOGO ONLINE
Copyright 2007 www.tombraiderchronicles.com

[ December 27th 2007 ]

A brand new Tomb Raider Underworld logo has been discovered on the official Tomb Raider web site. Moving away from the clinical steel badge used in Tomb Raider Legend and Tomb Raider Anniversary, Eidos appears to have gone back to its roots with a logo more befitting a globe-trotting British archaeologist and a romp through ancient tombs.

Crystal Dynamics have developed a brand new engine to carry Lara forth onto Next-Gen consoles including Sony PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. The game also courts a hybrid lighting model which combines dynamic lights with carefully created light maps to add a further realm of realism to proceedings.

Tomb Raider Underworld is yet to be officially announced by publisher Eidos plc, although we now expect that minor point to be addressed in January 2008. Hop on over to our Tomb Raider Underworld microsite for the story so far.
