Locate the lowest pillar close to the screw. Jump to grab the handhold on the pillar, then jump up to grab the top. Pull up and pick up the Health Potion.

Turn to face Thor's statue and jump to grab the bottom of the stairs that lead in the chest. Pull up and go up the stairs to enter the chamber.
