KEELEY HAWES RETURNS AS LARA CROFT

The masked maestro of PR at Crystal Dynamics, Keir Edmonds, has confirmed British actress Keeley Hawes will once again lend her voice to roaming archaeologist Lara Croft in the upcoming Guardian of Light. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is one of two projects currently being developed by U.S. studio Crystal Dynamics.

"Lara Croft is such a strong and powerful character, but she also has an edge to her, which was great to portray vocally." says Keeley on her previous outing as Lara Croft in Tomb Raider Underworld. The actress also played Lara Croft in Tomb Raider Legend.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is being billed as an isometric arcade game with a fixed camera and an onus on fun. The game will be available on Microsoft Xbox Live, Sony Playstation 3 and Steam in 2010.
