EIDOS PLC ANNOUNCES INTERIM RESULTS

SCi Entertainmant Group has reported a pre-tax loss of £20.1m for the six months ended 31 December 2005 compared with a profit of £3.9m the year before. Sales rose to £50.1m from £17.9 the year before.

To herald the North American and European release of Total Overdose, Eidos plc has released a new collection of HQ renders featuring characters from the game. The North American version of Total Overdose comes with a First Look Tomb Raider Legend DVD which plots the meteoric rise of cyber-heroine Lara Croft.
