A sequel to Tomb Raider is already under way at U.S. studio Crystal Dynamics, and to herald the announcement Tomb Raider Forums have mobilised a brand new sub forum for fans of the series to discuss all matters relating to Lara Croft and her future endeavours.

LARA CROFT'S QUATERNION HERITAGE
A walk along the Royal Canal is planned next week to mark the day in 1843 when Irish mathematician William Rowan Hamilton created the Quaternion - an advanced mathematical concept - while strolling from the Dunsink Observatory to Dublin with his wife on 16th October, the Irish Times reports today.

TOMB RAIDER TO DODGE NINTENDO WII U
Tomb Raider will not be coming to the Wii U because Crystal Dynamics want to uniform the experience on all platforms, according to Creative Director Noah Hughes. In an interview with True Gaming, Hughes explains why Nintendo won't be getting any Lara love this time around.
