1677. Tomb Raider Chronicles - ORIENTAL SHOOTING FOR MOVIE SEQUEL
The production crew on Paramount Pictures Tomb Raider movie sequel will relocate to Wan Chai, Mongkok and Hong Kong next year to shoot several action scenes for The Cradle Of Life. According to the government's Film Services Office: about half of the film will be shot in the territory. Approximately 50 production people from overseas will be working closely with a hundred local crew members in the project.

The 12 rating for films is to be scrapped and replaced with a new category allowing younger children to see them, the British Board of Film Classification announced today. Under the new 12A rating, children under that age will be allowed into cinemas as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Scenes for Paramount Pictures Lara Croft: Tomb Raider movie sequel will be filmed in the panoramic region of Snowdonia and locations in and around Gwynedd, North Wales following a refusal by Chinese authorities to shoot on the Great Wall of China, the BBC reports today. Special effects wizards Mill Film will toil their digital trickery using advanced computer generated imagery during post production to replicate the 2,000 year-old Chinese landmark.
