FLESHING OUT TOMB RAIDER MULTIPLAY

British videogame magazine Eurogamer fleshes out the reasons why Tomb Raider needs multiplayer in an interview with Eidos Montreal's Daniel Bisson. Both Tomb Raider single player and Tomb Raider multiplayer will release on March 5, 2013.

CORE ONLINE OFFERS IN BROWSER GAMES

Square Enix are preparing to launch CORE ONLINE, a browser-based platform for playing Hitman: Blood Money, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and Mini Ninjas. The service will be officially unveiled next week but you can watch the release trailer and collect some screenshots via Tomb Raider Forums.

KARL: NO SEQUEL TO GUARDIAN OF LIGHT

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light was a one-off adventure and the studio will not be giving Lara a second outing under the Lara Croft banner, Global Brand Manager Karl Stewart confirms. Speaking to Joystiq, Karl Stewart also said the team are now focusing on Tomb Raider and overseeing the upcoming Tomb Raider motion picture.
