SUMMER GAME FEST 2023 TO BROADCAST ON 8TH JUNE

Amazon Games, Netflix and Epic Games are all scheduled to participate in Summer Game Fest 2023 on 8th of June at 8PM BST, 3PM ET. All three companies are currently involved with Tomb Raider projects, however no information on what will be showcased has been revealed. Summer Game Fest 2023 will be hosted by Geoff Keighley and will stream live on YouTube.

Embracer Group has published the interim report for Q4, the period January - March 2023 and full year report, the period April 2022 - March 2023. Embracer Group own 135 internal game development studios including Gearbox Software, Crystal Dynamics and Eidos-Montreal. The Group has an extensive catalog of over 850 owned or controlled franchises including Borderlands and Tomb Raider.

INKED PAGES FROM TOMB RAIDER COMICS PUBLISHED

A collection of pages from Tomb Raider comics illustrated by Phillip Sevy and Nicolas Daniel Selma in their inked form have been published courtesy of Tomb Raider developer Crystal Dynamics. The illustrations are then sent off for colouring and bound to complete the comic book. The first series of illustrations are from the Tomb Raider comic book series from Dark Horse.

EMBRACER GROUP TO EXPAND ON TRANSFORMATIVE DEALS

The scope of Embracer Group's transformative partnership and licensing deals will be expanded upon on 24 May 2023. Scot Amos, head of studio at Crystal Dynamics, previously stated that Tomb Raider will be transformative following an agreement with Amazon Games to publish the next Lara Croft-helmed video game.
