VIDEOGAME ICON LARA AND G4 PARTNER

G4, the TV network all about video games, today announced a major on-air, cross-channel and online campaign, in conjunction with game publisher Eidos Interactive and game developer Core Design, to cast superstar, video game character Lara Croft in a ground-breaking marketing program to promote both the cable channel and Eidos' popular Tomb Raider franchise. The movie, which features the sleek new e-wear units, is a Paramount Pictures film presentation in association with Mutual Film Company, BBC, TELE-MUNCHEN, and TOHO-TOWA directed by Jan De Bont and starring Angelina Jolie.

EIDOS ANNOUNCES ANGEL OF DARKNESS

A new Lara Croft for a new generation. Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness sees the return of the world's most famous videogame character in her greatest adventure ever. Developed by Core Design, the game will be released on PlayStation 2 and PC in February 2003.
