TOMB RAIDER LEGEND TRADEMARK FILED

The mystery surrounding the name of the seventh Tomb Raider title now under the aegis of Crystal Dynamics is all but solved after the discovery of serial number 78588907 filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 'Lara Croft Tomb Raider Legend' was filed by Core Design Ltd on March 16, 2005. This information, coupled with a leaked copy of PSM due for publication May 2005 and the appearance of 'Tomb Raider Legend' on www.tombraider.com all but officially confirms the game's title, as we reported last week.

DOLBY DIGITAL HDTV AOD ONLINE DEBUT

Lara Croft Tomb Raider The Angel Of Darkness never achieved the critical acclaim Eidos had hoped, even though developer Core Design approached the project on a grand scale usually only reserved by the motion picture industry. The Angel Of Darkness burst onto the PC and Playstation 2 console in 2002 propelled to the scene by a torrent of promotional media, led by a very special Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound trailer announcing the return of Lara Croft.
