UK GAMER BREAKS GUINNESS WORLD RECORD WITH TOMB RAIDER COLLECTION
Guinness World Records has announced that Amy Dyson of the United Kingdom holds the record for the largest collection of Tomb Raider video games, with 291 items in her possession. Her collection includes multiple versions of the same games across a range of platforms, including Game Boy, PlayStation, Xbox and PC, as well as editions in different languages.

GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS HONOUR LARA CROFT WITH TWO NEW TITLES
Guinness World Records has confirmed that Lara Croft, the long-standing protagonist of the Tomb Raider series, has secured two new titles: best-selling videogame heroine and the videogame character with the most magazine covers. First introduced in 1996, the character has become a fixture of popular culture, with the Tomb Raider franchise expanding to 11 main entries alongside various spin-offs and mobile adaptations. Combined sales have reached more than 100 million units, placing the series among the most commercially successful in gaming history.

Spacewar, John Madden Football, Tomb Raider, and Final Fantasy VII have been inducted into the World Video Game Hall of Fame and emerged from a field of 12 finalists that also included Asteroids, Call of Duty, Dance Dance Revolution, Half-Life, King's Quest, Metroid, Minecraft, and Ms. Pac-Man.
