NEW TOMB RAIDER ARTWORK UNEARTHED

An eagle-eyed member of Tomb Raider Forums has unearthed a collection of previously unpublished conceptual artwork from Tomb Raider Underworld. Produced by Joel Boucquemont, the artwork features panoramic scenes from Lara Croft's latest adventure and forms part of an extensive online portfolio.

ROAD MAY BE NAMED AFTER LARA CROFT

Derby City Council recently canvassed the public on possible names for a new road under construction as part of the Connecting Derby scheme, and were not altogether surprised at some of the submissions. According to This Is Derbyshire, Lara Croft and Florence Nightingale were both pitted as possible suitors by members of the public.

LIVINGSTONE TO GIVE LARA CROFT SPEECH

The organisers of the GC Asia Conference (GCAC) today announced that Ian Livingstone will be a keynote speaker of this year's conference. In his keynote entitled, 'The Life of Lara Croft,' Ian Livingstone will give a brief history of video games and use Lara Croft as a case study to demonstrate the value of creating original Intellectual Property.

New information on Tomb Raider 9 shows every sign of reinvigorating the series if leaked pictures published by 4Player Coop are authentic. According to the web site, a 'mole' not only floated up the conceptual artwork, but also an internal brief - outlined below - on what players can expect from Lara's ninth outing.
