EIDOS TO PUBLISH POCKET POOL ON PSP

Conspiracy Entertainment Holdings Inc., a developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment software in North America and Western Europe, announced today it has entered into a distribution agreement with Eidos Interactive Ltd., one of the world's leading publishers and developers of entertainment software. Eidos will publish the Conspiracy's highly-anticipated billiards simulation video game, Pocket Pool, exclusively on the PSP system. Pocket Pool is scheduled to hit retailers on April 18, 2007.
