Europe's third-largest video games publisher Ubisoft is not ruling out buying British rival Eidos which is up for sale, as part of its defence options against a potential takeover by Electronics Arts. We are still interested in this company (Eidos). Short-term we are (more focused on) analysing how to organise in the face of recent events rather than on buying Eidos, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Yves Guillemot told a conference call on Thursday. That said, this is a defence option we have not yet ruled out, he added.

510. Tomb Raider Chronicles - REAL LIFE TOMB RAIDER ESCAPES JAIL
A California man who attempted to sell a 200-year-old Hawaiian skull on eBay has avoided jail on a federal rap and will instead do 600 hours community service, pay a $10,000 fine to the victims of the crime and issue an apology to Hawaii's citizens in three newspapers. Jerry David Hasson, 55, was charged in September on a single count of violating the Archaeological Resources Protection Act. Our report at the time gave the bizarre background to Hasson's crime and subsequent arrest.
