CAMBODIA SEEKS AID FOR ANCIENT TOMBS

Cambodia's oldest temples, some dating to the fifth century, are being destroyed by looters and the encroaching jungle because the impoverished country cannot afford to look after them, officials said on Monday. The vast temple complex at Angkor Wat may be the jewel in the Southeast Asian nation's archaeological crown, bringing it international fame and fortune as the backdrop to Hollywood movies such as Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.

ANGELINA JOLIE PROCLAIMS SEXIER LARA

Hollywood superstar Angelina Jolie has told reporters her character Lara Croft will be much sexier in Par's Tomb Raider sequel The Cradle Of Life. I think we see more sides to her. This feels more like a real film than the last one - it's a little less silly and Lara's more of a woman. The funny thing is, I realised I was almost doing too much training the last time. And I was on too many protein powder things - it made me curvier. This time I just ate normal food and lots of it: stuff like beans and eggs on toast. Then I trained as much as possible. This time Lara's leaner and stronger, sexier and sharper.

Reel To Rail are to capitalise on the burgeoning reputation of Wales as a movie location with a new web site tailoring rail journeys to famous film locations in and around the region, The Western Mail reports today.
