Entertainment behemoth Viacom Inc. on Wednesday posted a fourth-quarter loss, hurt by weakness in the advertising market that is expected to continue in the current quarter. FHM, the fastest growing magazine in the country, closed the first quarter of 2002 with a total of 133.3 pages, a 71 per cent increase over the same period last year. FHM's March 2002 issue carries 86.3 pages, representing a 59 per cent increase over the same issue last year. The announcement was made today by Dana Fields, executive publisher and president.

The Oscars are not the only race that is too close to call for film awards this year - there's a battle raging for the worst film of 2001, according to the 22nd annual Razzie award nominations announced Monday. The Razzies, which purposely names its nominees a day before the far, far more prestigious Oscar nominations are announced, said the fight for worst film has come down to five critical fiascoes: Driven, Freddy Got Fingered, Mariah Carey's Glitter, Pearl Harbor and 3000 Miles to Graceland, a near-forgotten tale of what happens when Elvis imitators go bad.
