LIPSINC LAUNCHES ANIMATION SOFTWARE
LIPSinc, a leading provider of voice-to-animation speech technology for talking digital characters, announced today the launch of LIPSinc Impersonator. LIPSinc Impersonator, a software tool created specifically for game developers, automatically creates animation data files for talking characters by using an audio file as the only input. These data files are interpreted by the game engine at runtime and played in synch with the audio. The system enables more convincing game characters with realistic facial animation.

BROS HEARTTHROB TO APPEAR IN SEQUEL
Former Bros heartthrob Luke Goss will reportedly take a starring role opposite Angelina Jolie in the upcoming Tomb Raider movie sequel which begins principle photography in August. Goss, who recently made a major appearance in the vampire flick Blade II, is also penned to star in the Midas Films backed East End gangster movie Charlie. Producers have reworked their filming schedule to accommodate Goss' role opposite Jolie.

SOLD OUT RELEASES TOMB RAIDER 3
Sold Out, the clear market-leader in PC super budget titles, is to buck the trend of low-key releases during the summer months, with a stunning sextet of titles joining the £4.99 label in July. While traditionally a quiet month for publishers, Sold Out is to give super budget debuts to six titles in July, with Eidos' Tomb Raider 3: Adventures of Lara Croft leading the line.

EIDOS CHOOSES THE WAY OF THE SAMURAI
Eidos Interactive, one of the world's leading publishers and developers of entertainment software, announces Way of the Samurai on PlayStation 2. The game reached No.1 in the Japanese gaming charts when it was released in February this year. Licensed from Japanese publisher Spike Co. Ltd, Way of the Samurai will be released in September in Europe and Australasia only.
