Climb out and you will see, two, tall statues and in the middle there will be a button, first collect the flares on your right then press the button.

Now run as fast as you can back to the house, and through the now opened door, under the stairs. But you have to be very quick because the door closes after about 2 minutes, so if you practise this you might memorise the maze a bit so you can get there quick. Go back the same way you came to get back quick enough.
