Facing the five switches, jump to the pillar on the left and take a running jump to the stone block. Turn to face the higher stone block and side-step to the right to reach the edge.

Turn 45 degrees to the right. You will see that Lara's left hand is slightly inside the pillar.

Press the Jump button and do not let go of it. Lara will start jumping up and her left hand will start getting into the pillar.

After three or four jumps, she will magically land at the top of the stone block.
