capture of Lara
Croft performing a 'swallow dive' armed with
her trademark pistols. Tomb
Raider Underworld shipped across North America
on November 18, 2008 and reviews so far have been
modest. Europeans players score the game tomorrow.
Tomb
Raider Underworld is scheduled to ship across
European territories on November 21, 2008. Tomorrow.
The game should start appearing in stores on Saturday.
Tomb Raider Underworld is the eighth Lara Croft-helmed
adventure, and the third effort my U.S. studio
Crystal Dynamics.
The latest
adventure introduces scores of new capabilities
and state-of-the-art gear, including an active
sonar map, multi-purpose grapple and an all-terrain
motorbike. Blending exploration, grand scale puzzle
solving and combat, players are taken on an archeological
journey to the ancient nether worlds of the Mediterranean,
Thailand, Mexico, the Arctic Sea and more.
