LAUNCHES WEB SITE

As part
of their ongoing re-branding, the Pinewood Studios
Group (Pinewood, Shepperton and Teddington Studios)
have re-launched their
website to meet the needs of their expanding
client base. The new site has more interactivity
and caters for all the studios key clients from
film and tv productions to commercials, photo
shoots and audio post production.
The site
is also more consumer focused with a searchable
filmography, production images and links to purchase
DVD’s and film posters. There is also an online
shop to purchase studio merchandise. The site
is updated on a daily basis, with fresh content
and news about all three studios.
"In
an increasingly competitive marketplace it is
important for us to have a content rich site that
meets the demands of every visitor, whether they
are from a major Hollywood studio looking for
multiple stages, specialist workshops and post
production facilities or from a London-based TV
production looking for a TV Studio for a sitcom
or live show" stated Julia Hillsdon the group’s
Marketing Manager.
Pinewood’s
customers, potential customers, ‘on the lot’ companies,
productions and film fans can also sign up to
the website and be kept up to date with important
news via email newsletters and extranet.

respond to the changing and developing needs of
it's customers. Part of this is the implementation
of an effective online strategy that will allow
us to develop a constant dialogue with our varied
customer base via electronic communication"
commented Daniel Lennox, the Group’s Online Marketing
Executive, who oversaw the redesign and launch
of the new website.
